I believe many of you have had the pleasure of dining here before and this is my daughter's go-to restaurant. The cuisine here is remarkably fresh and delicious. I'm particularly fond of the soup and the crabs are my absolute favorite. They're incredibly divine. And the ambiance is fantastic and the service is exceptional. I'm thoroughly impressed with this place. I'll definitely be returning.

Nine Spices Hotpot is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was unbelievably fresh, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients to choose from. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the broth options were rich and delicious. The whole experience was fun, interactive, and perfect for a group outing or a cozy meal. If you’re looking for amazing hotpot with top-notch service, Nine Spices is the place to go! Nine Spices has reopened from their remodeling and I love the changes! They’ve kept their conveyor belt, but made the items more accessible to grab in the fridge. This makes getting what you want a lot more convenient, but watching what you thought about getting another serving of make its way down the conveyor belt brings another sense of joy and overindulgence. The interior changes are also very nice and brings an elevated experience. The winter was tough to get through during the remodeling, but it was worth the wait!

I enjoyed my visit here. I liked the convenience of the conveyor belt but it did only rotate specific items. And maybe we went during a down time because at one point the food rotating was the same stuff and I had to specifically ask for a few items, like noodles, mushrooms and some other stuff. Service was decent.

This is easily one of the most unique restaurants I've been too! I've gotten hot pot before but Nine Spices adds a unique twist with the conveyor belt concept for the ingredients. It's all-you-can-eat with so many ingredients to choose from and a great variety of meat and soup bases. This is a really great place to try especially if you're new to hot pot, or you prefer a personal size rather than shared. I highly recommend it! Many reviews mention "bad service" but I have been here several times and never had an issue, the staff are all friendly if you're friendly. Regarding their meat portions, they are perfectly reasonable for hot pot where you mix with other ingredients like noodles and vegetables - if you want more meat, that's what k-bbq is for! Try it for yourself before believing the negative reviews :)
